I’m depressed. No reason, nothing “wrong” with my life. I’m just…depressed.
So, I’m sorry I’ve been MIA over the past couple of days. I’m going to take another couple of days, have some bubble baths, eat some chocolate, and try to pull myself out of this funk. I’ll be up and posting again in no time, I promise!
Sometimes it’s ok to get into bed and pull the covers over ones head. A little self indulgence is OK (chocolate, bubble baths, and lots of chick lit too-I recommend Marian Keyes or Jill Mansell)
I had to buy a sleeping bag over the weekend when I had to do an unexpected overnight stay in a place with questionable bedding ( a quick trip to Costco saved the day) and I have become addicted to snuggling down in the fleece bag within the bag. Something very comforting about it all.
Just give yourself a time frame to coddle yourself, them get up and get back in the game……
It must be going around! I was feeling like caca yesterday and some of my friends have been the same way. I agree, chocolate helps. I also like to watch Anne of Green Gables. lol! Oh, and even though this is sort of unrelated, I think these tips are helpful:

Personally, I think that trying to get out of debt alone can be overwhelming.
I’ve definitely been there. I hope you can pull yourself out of your funk…
